The user is not logging on with local credentials but in fact is logging
into the domain. however given what you just wrote led me to think that it
could be a "cached" password issue.

Go to Control Panel/User accounts and deleted any Domain/username cached
information.

Sounds like her password on her local machine is mismatched with AD.
Try having the user lock the workstation, then unlock it with the correct
AD
password, then reboot.

Yeah, I'm confused too. I can't find any reason for her problem.

She logs onto her PC with her domain credentials. She can access file
shares
and printers on other servers with no problems. She connects to this
problem
server and is prompted for her username and password. She enters the
exact
same username and password she used to log on and gets access to the
problem
server's shared files and printers and can use them for the rest of her
session. If she then logs off and back on with her domain credentials
and
tries to access the problem server, she is again prompted for her
username
and password. For some reason, this one server is not recognizing the
token
that is generated for her at logon, although her credentials do work
ift
she
enters them when prompted by the server.

We tried accessing it with the UNC path and through My Network
Places
with
the same result. Yes the server is part of the same domain as the
user
and
her PC.
