How is this user attempting to access the share? Mapped drive? Run command
\\servername\sharename? Does this server reside in the same domain?

We have a single domain with several locations connected together via a
WAN.
One user in one location is having problems accessing any network shares
on
one server. Anytime she tries to access a file or printer on this server
it
prompts for a username/password. Once she enters her credentials she can
connect to the resources with no problems. If she logs off and back on she
must re-enter her credentials to access the server.
She is logging onto the domain. She can access other servers in the domain
with no problems and without being prompted for her credentials again.
Other
users can log on to her PC and access the same server normally, although
the
account I tried was an administrator. It seems like the server is
forgetting
her credentials, even though she is logging onto the domain successfully.
A
reboot of both the problem server and the PC didn't help. The user has all
the rights and permissions she needs. The workstation and server have all
the
latest updates.
Any ideas on what the problem is?
Thanks for your help.
