Hi Meinolf,
Thanks. I have called Symantec and they have ask me to call MS PSS for
assistance as it is out of their job scope. I do not buy any support package
with MS PSS and thus I thought of trying my luck in the MS community forum.
Thanks anyway.

Hello Kim,.
Think then you have to call Symantec support, maybe they know about the problem.
Also i would try phoning MS and talk to them about it, that the problem still
exists.

Hi Meinolf,
Thanks for the e-mail.
I have actually tried to go to the link provided by BE link, which is
below: http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/285163.htm
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/915331/en-us
But it does not work for me as my server is already patched to SP2.

Thanks for the link, but my situation is not the same as
illustrated.

Hello Kim,
If you use the link provided from BE logfile, you should find the
original website from symantec. These are find only with the
V-79-57344-34110 number, but there are more options for it. Use the
link from the logfile.
