Hello,
the internet explorer enhanced security block this.
You may be unable to run an executable file or a script file from a UNC path when you have Windows Internet Explorer 7 installed on a Windows Server 2003-based computer

Hello,
I have added a new domain controller to my domain. It was setup as a
file and print server. The users have no problem saving files and
printing. However when a user tries to execute a program on a share
which is located on another server the following message appears:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may
not have appropriate permission to access them.
I do not have this problem from my other domain controller, so I
figure it is a setting on the server. It not a firewall setting
because I have turned off the fire to verify that. I just cannot find
what needs to be changed. Does anyone have a idea??
