I have the latest dell firmware and the latest broadcom drivers - all
patches - running Win2kx64 - SP2 and it does the same thing Dell 2950's

Dell and can do teaming.

Did you run the Dell diagnostic tool as i mentionned before ?

Do you have latest bios & firmware ?
