We switched to the broadcom official drivers, which are much recent than Dell and can do teaming.

Did you run the Dell diagnostic tool as i mentionned before ?

Do you have latest bios & firmware ?

I am having the same issue with both a 1950 and a 2950 -- both running
the latest Broadcom drivers. Any more info out there?
