You can try to force a memory dump and have this analyzed by PSS. See

My Windows 2003 Server is totally locked. No mouse movement. CTRL ALT
DEL
doesn't do anything. The server still responds to pings. However WINS

not seem to be responding.

How can I troubleshoot what happened and try to do an orderly shutdown.
Note: This is a terminal server that had a number of sessions open when
it
hung up.
