Hello Peter,
SP2 is just a bunch of the last patches from MS for server 2003.
R2 has additional tools:

Hi,
I would like to know is there any difference between Windows 2003 with
SP2 and Windows 2003 R2 with SP2.
Can you give us example of extra feature ?

Yes. R2 is actually just Windows 2003 with an extra install that
runs.
When
R2 was first brought out you could download the R2 pack and install
it -
with
the appropriate license key of course. If you have the Windows 2003
R2
CD,
just stick CD2 in and run the install. If you have 2003 installed,
it
will
no doubt prompt from an R2 license key.
