You probably need the IBM ServerGuide CD, here is a link to the version needed for the model you specified:
http://www-304.ibm.com/jct01004c/systems/support/supportsite.wss/docdisplay?lndocid=MIGR-5072250&brandind=5000008
You boot this CD and follow along to prep the server for install, it will ask for the Windows CD eventually.
Hope this helps.

I have tried everything I can think of.
I have an IBM x3560 7979 PSG server and I cannot get Windows 2003 or 2000 server to install on this. They both both start setup, say they are loading the files, say setup is starting windows, then goes to the welcome to setup screen. I then have the standard options: ENTER=cotinue, R=Repair, F3=quit
I hit enter and it tells me "Setup did not find any hard drives installed in your computer". I have gone to IBM's site, got updated drivers and then stopped dead in my tracks, there is no floppy drive on this system. I have no floppy drive on any of the laptops or desktops I have.
I am looking for any help I can get here. I have gome through the MS and IBM site and I am not seeing any other comments like this. Oh and I have three of these and they all do the same thing.
Thanks for any help you can send my way,
Tim
