Hello,
Can you try this from a workstation logged as domain admin (or domain account with administrator privilege on the server)
tasklist /S \\myserver
you may try to properly reboot it with :
shutdown /r \\myserver

My Windows 2003 Server is totally locked. No mouse movement. CTRL ALT DEL doesn't do anything. The server still responds to pings. However WINS does not seem to be responding.
How can I troubleshoot what happened and try to do an orderly shutdown. Note: This is a terminal server that had a number of sessions open when it hung up.
Thanks,
