You could try a NET USE * /delete to delete all his currently remembered
connections.
Another thing that would prob work is to temporarily create a mapped drive
to the share using the "connect using a different user name" option and make
sure to put the correct info here, mapping this even just once with the
right credentials and then disconnecting the drive would fix the permissions
issue.

Hi,
I have a Windows 2003 server with 30+ domain users. I have shared a number
of folders on the server for these users to access and store files,
however, there is a laptop which does not logon to the domain, but exists
on the network.
Normally, I would expect a username/password prompt to show if this laptop
were to access the Win2003 server's shared folders. This did occur a few
times, but has now stopped and keeps prompting the same message of having
no permissions to access the resource. How do I continue to have this
username/password dialog apear?
