What is the problem you are trying to solve by doing this? Your best bet is to *not* rename them.

I attempt to rename 2 servers.

Server 1 is a file server. There are many PC clients may drivers to, with offline file enable.

Server 2 had installed share point service. (Not share point server)

What is the best way to rename them?
