Media Player ver 10.

Hi,

Windows Media Player ver 11 has been out for a while now and I've yet to see
a version that will install on Windows Server 2003.

Eventually (if not already), Microsoft will undoubtedly stop creating
security patches for Media Player ver 10 (which is installed on 2K3 by
default) and this concerns me that I may have a big security risk looming on
my servers.

If Microsoft has abandoned Media Player on 2K3 thus leaving it to defend
itself, shouldn't there be a mandatory patch to force its deinstallation?

Any thoughts?
