We have a Windows 2003 Standard Edition that has been running. All of
sudden, the server does not boot up. When the server boots up, it boots
up to the blue screen of death. Is there a way to boot up the server
without reinstalling the operating system? Thanks.

The problem I have now is that the server appears to the customer to be working fine, apart from the few remaining minor problems, the staff are now back up and running fine. ... I boot from the install media and perform a repair install, then on the first boot to Windows go into the device manager, enable the View hidden devices setting, remove all the old leftover crap particularly NICs, then reboot. ... Re: RIS, same GUID, duplicates, Dell GX60s ... My first thought is the boot agent on the nic needs to be updated. ... these nics part of the motherboard or pci devices? ... It has to be run from a server and a floppy is created ... the nic drivers are not entirely correct, update the drivers in your RIS... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.setup_deployment)
