PC often restarts of its own accord, I turned off the automatic restart so
that I could see error message on blue screen and this is what came up:

also when I am shutting down usally get two unresponsive programmes MCCWSA
and CCAPP
also in outlook in past week when sending email have had error message

any help appreciated. system is very slow and takes ages to open files,
move between screens etc
