Hello all:

Our company is a little late updating to 2003 Server. We have two 2000
Servers right now and will be purchasing a 2003 Server very soon. There
are
roughly 40-50 workstations connecting to these servers (about half 2000
and
half XP).

Will the CALs for the 2000 and XP OSes work with 2003 Server? Is there
anything we need to purchase beyond 2003 Server when we buy the hardware?

Thanks.
