Try reinstalling the driver and turing the power on and off the drive.

My HP Ultrium tape drive (external connected to SCSI card) just up and
disappeared.
The error I get when I open MMC and try to expand Remote Storage is:
NO INTERFACES ARE REGISTERED.

Anyone know what the heck happened? I rebooted and nothing.
