Mabye the directory is in fact empty, the data may have been deleted by
accident, sounds like you need to check backups or Shadow copies if enabled.
if you remeber a file name that should be in the directory, try searching
for it. I have seen people move a directory into another by accident but not
files though.
If you are sure the folder has not been tampered with or the contents
accidently delelted then this could be a problem with your storage system /
hard dirve.

Michael,
Thanks much for your prompt reply. I am logging in as an Administrator
account and I can't see any files.
I also did the CMD and did a dir list. No files show up. Folders show as
empty.
Any suggestions?
Teo

Are any of the files hidden, and do they show if you log in localy as the
built in Adminstrator account?
Try listing the directory in the comand line:
=============================
C:
cd "directory_name"
Dir

Hey guys,
For some reason, when I try to go into some folders on my Windows 2003
server I can't see any files in them anymore. The folder is plain empty.
The files have not been deleted nor anything but I don't understand why
it is like that.
Any suggestions?
Teo
