Hey LW,
Quick question for you. I've asked the user to check to see if her
Outlook time zone settings were correct and she said the DST option
was not checked. So I beleive this is the cause of the hour
difference in time. However she cannot change it. She says she gets
an error message about not having permissions to do so. I gave her
account FULL access to her mailbox and she still cannot change it.
Perhaps because she is logging in remotely?

Temporarily grant her admin rights on the box, try it, and then revoke the
rights.

OK people this is a strange one and driving me up the walls. I have
an SBS 2003 network with a W2K3 server that serves as my terminal
server and hosting citrix. I have clients who connect via a web
browser (IE) to our Citrix Web Interface homepage. Once there they
log onto the Citrix server (W2K3) where they are presented with
published applications and published desktops. This one client logs
on the desktop (same server) and the time displayed on the server is
an hour behind.

Meaning, in the clock/system tray?

And yet, other people, logged on simultaneously, are seeing the
correct time?

When she uses Outlook from the desktop or from the
published application itself there is an hour time difference

There's an Outlook option for that - tools | options | calendar
options | time zone.....

. At
first I thought she was mistakenly seeing her own desktop but she
sent me a screen shot showing the time on the server desktop. Funny
thing is no one else (4 others) including myself see's or has any
issues with the time. So of course from process of elimination I
told her it has to be her desktop time that is wrong. Well I double
checked her time, time zone and made sure she is set to
automatically adjust for DST. I also verified that she has applied
the DST patch (KB931836) and she has. So of course it has to be her
desktop right? Wrong......... She can log on with a different PC
and get the same results. I'm pulling my hair on this one people
and need some advice or suggestions before I go bald. Help!!!!! I'm
thinking it has something to do with her profile but where in a
profile do you make any kind of adjustment regarding time or time
zones. Any suggestions where I can investigate what is causing
this. Thanks in advance.
