maybe somebody send me this missing procedure
"spGetObsoleteUpdatesToCleanup" for example as a text file and I try to
insert it manually.

Because the server is running without any other errors.

What can I do

It sounds like a corrupted database, and if it is, there really isnt
much you can do apart from reinstall and pretend that it never
happened.
