Misconfigured Clients

Hello,

I have a network of 6 switches and a windows 2003 server with a
software that gives authorisation to the users with a prepaid cards.

What technology can i use to give clients that are connecting to my
network, which has a network configuration other than my network?

My network is 10.10.10.0 gw 10.10.10.1
Client connects his cable to the network but has the network
configuration 172.168.0.2 gw 172.168.0.1.

How can I take the user to internet without having to have him change
his network configuration?

this has to be done on switch or the server?

And the most importantly what is the name of the technology?

Thank you.
