Windows Server 2003 Web Edition

We are installing a Windows 2003 Server Web Edition to host an external web
site and files for our clients to download.
Should we Join it to our SBS 2003 Premium Edition Domain?
How do we secure it? Do we install a firewall infront of it? Do we install
ISA on it? Should we install an antivirus program on it? Which one do you
recommend?
