Not really. You won't need any WINS servers unless if you have any NT 4.0 or
less then yes, you need these things; otherwise don't worry about it too
much. NetBT or NetBIOS over TCP traffic will "just happen" if its needed, so
no setup required. NetBIOS names are alive and well in your 2003 / XP
network though. Plus some resource kit tools from MS actually call NetBIOS
name resolution before DNS! But it will happen automatically - so, again,
nothing to configure. Have a play with the nbtstat command for fun.
