I'm trying to connect my machines to a test network. I can log onto the
domain from either machine. I got internet access on the DC but not on the
member server. My IE settings is set to Automatically detect. I can browse
the DC from the member server.and access it shares. my only problem is that
I do not have internet access from the member server. Any suggestions or
something I may have overlooked. thanks.

You will need to use RRAS and NAT in order to enable the client
to browse the internet.

If you just need access to the web, ISA Server with it's Proxy is
enough.
