Have a look at the post with exactly the same Subject line,
posted here just six hours ago. The recipe is same for you as
for the other poster.
P.S. It's always a good idea to check for similar posts

Hi,the
I have an issue with a backup job. The scenary is as follows:
Server1 with data (2 HDD mirror Raid), (cache enabled, and greyed out so
there is no way to disable it)
Server2 with an external USB HDD where the backup is being saved.
The copy is made from Server1 with an scheduled task over the USB HDD on
Server2 network share.
The data are only files, no database or exchange and no files in use.
The error appears always but not at the same stage of the copy
(this is not the exact error message as i´m traslating it into english)
------------------------
Error: \\server1\users is not a valid drive or you don´t have access to
drive
Error: there is a mismatch in the backup file.
Error: C is not a valid drive or you don´t have access to the drive
-----------------------
Kind Regards,
Joaquin
