Deleting - Printed in queue

Hello All,

I am having a problem with printers on Windows 2003 R2 SP2. When a user prints a document it prints and remains in the queue with the status of "Deleting - Printed". Some of the printers do it and some do not. I have tried to delete and recreate the print queue and also use different print drivers with no avail. Also, the option of "Keep printed documents" is not checked and users have permissions to delete their own documents from the queue folder.

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong?
