From your post, I agree with Jaime Halscott's opinion. Shadow Copy Restore
is a component of the intelligent file storage technologies in Microsoft
Windows Server 2003. Before a client computer can access shadow copies, you
must install the Shadow Copy Client. The operating systems that require the
Shadow Copy Client include:
- Windows XP
- Windows 2000 (SP3 and higher)
