I am trying to set up a FTP site, but when I get to the end of the wizard, I
get a message that it did not complete. When I click on the site, I get a
message that says another site on this computer is using the IP address. I
do not have another site set up on the server.

I cannot get past this. Does anyone know what is wrong?
