VPN network in a 2003 server (a routing problem)

Hi,
I have a problem with a vpn network. I have a 2003 server (A) an two
XP workstations (B and C)
I have configured VPN and LAN routing on A server (default
configuration but defining a IP range from 192.168.10.200 to
192.168.10.203).
B connects to VPN server A (default options) and C connects too:
A gets 192.168.10.200
B gets 192.168.10.201
C gets 192.168.10.202
If I ping from B to A or C to A there is an echo. However when I ping
from C to B (or B to C) there isn't an echo.
It seems like routing problem but I can't fix the problem.
Any idea?
Thanks a lot.
