Thanks for your reply.
I did not say that when I log into the server remotely then it happens but
when the user goes into the server locally then he/she sees the actual UI
for the program. Only remote users have this problem. Probably it could be
something in the server setup, or that's the way it works when logged into
as a remote user.
Any idea?
Hi all,
From some reason when the application is running I don't see any user
interface and just see the end result of what the application suppose to
do(Creating some files etc..). It is like running in a hidden mode.
Otherwise if I call this application via the Short Cut it shows up ok. It
is
a Small Business Sever and not so sure what is the problem with the
Schedule
Tasks.
Appreciate any feedback.
Thanks,
Joe
Try scheduling it via the AT command instead. With AT you can specify
the /INTERACTIVE switch which will allow the task to interact with the
desktop of whoever is logged on at the time it runs.- Hide quoted text -

So when you log in remotely you can see the UI? When any other user
logs in remotely they cannot see the UI?
If this is the case did you set the job under your user account?
Try having the a user connect to the server by running mstsc /console,
this will connect them to session 0 or the console of the server
instead of an RDP session.
