Hi, can i backup my current windows web server data including system state
using Ms Backup and then later i install standard windows and then restore
the backup ? would it works between 2 version of windows ?

Although you might be able to dual boot two versions of Server 2003
(Web/Standard editions) you would probably be a lot better off making sure
you either format the system partition when re-installing (After you've
backed up any files you might need later).
That way you would have just the one copy of Server 2003 on the machine.

It will require a re-installation of the OS to upgrade from the Web
Server
version to the standard version.
