Not quite what you asked, but you should not need a network administrator at
all. You should be able to get a support contract for much less than hiring
someone who know AD, Exchange, SQL and BES well enought to do anything
useful.
What functions is the network administrator going to carry out?

Location is East Yorkshire - UK
Job would entail looking after 4 servers and about 40 clients.
Servers are file/print, exchange, SQL running Great Plains and BES server
for 10 users.

All running standard Microsoft stuff 2003
