Vista website problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hello,
We are using a Windows 2003 system as a web server for an ecommerce
website. We are getting reports from customers that they are using MS
Vista systems and cannot connect to our ecommerce website. I have
found that issuing the following command resolves the issue on the
vista side

netsh in tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Does anyone know of a fix to do on the server side that will resolve
this issue? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance.
