The file is;
%systemroot\SchedLgU.Txt
Can you post the batch?
Can the process AccessBooks be run from the command line without any gui interaction? This link says the tool has it's own built-in scheduler.

Dave,
Thanks for your help. I cannot seem to locate the Log. When I open my
scheduled task there are four tabs. Task Schule Settings and Security. I
check the advanced buttons but cannot find the log. The schedule task runs
directly on the server. The Quickbooks database, MS Access database and the
program that links the two (called AccessBooks) are also run on the same
server by the administrator. I can go on the server and click the batch file
and it will run correctly but if I set the scheduler on the server to run in
a minute or two and watch, it will not kick off. I am thinking there is
something wrong with the syntax in my "Run" Box or "Start In" box. Any
thoughts?
Thanks,
