Problem scheduling a task

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi,

I am having trouble scheduling a task to run. I have a batch file called
energetis.bat. When I click on it, it runs the process I want correctly.
The process takes data out of Quickbooks and then imports it into MS Access.
However, when I try to schedule it, it will not run saying "Could not start".

I originally used the wizard to create the task and choose "Command Prompt"
as the type of task and scheduled it to run every day at a certain time but
it will not run. If I open up the scheduled task, on the Task tab in the
Run box I typed in the location of my batch file which is the following:

C:\Program Files\Synergration\AccessBooks RT\energetix.bat

In the "Start In" box is the following:

C:\WINDOWS\system32

Can anyone help me with what I am doing wrong?

Thanks,
