Well, it's definitely not the default setting so someone or some program
certainly changed it. Either way, this is the reason why your server is
rebooting.

I have now, and it says it will restart the computer. But as far as I
it has never been changed in the last 18 months. My other server is setup
exactly the same except that does have service pack 1 installed.has

One of my servers has rebooted itself several times over the last fewdays.
The Event log shows the following
SYSTEM LOG;
Source: Service Control Manager
EVENT ID: 7031
The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly. It
itdone this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in60000
milliseconds: Reboot the machine.
I know there have been replies to this sort of message before saying
looks like the msblast virus. However, neither Norton nor WindowsMalicious
Software Removal can find it.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
