the time it would take to get the master back.
Generally true for everyone. If the old role holder will be back in under
an hour there is likely NO issue.
If the old role holder is gone longer than that in a multidomain or with
more than one subnet enterprise then BROWSING will deteriorate
in about an hour. Local browsing (same subnet, same domain) will
still work.
For the others, waiting is usually ok.
