You got your solution by yourself. If you don't need the NIC disable it. Otherwise tell more about this machine and his functions used for. Than we can better help you. A littlebit more info would be nice.

There are 2 connections in my machine, 1 connection is not
connected(192.168.0.1) and another is connected (192.168.0.2). Wins
database ip is configured to use 192.168.0.2 but wins ip keep getting
the 192.168.0.1 which is the disconnected connection.If i disable
192.168.0.1 then it will be fine. I want to make wins ip to be
192.168.0.2 .Pls advise thanks
