Setting up AntiSpam DNSBL

Hi,

To try and curtail the amount of ever increasing spam i'd like to set up our
Win 2000 server to connect to an AntiSpam DNSBL server, such as the Spamhaus
one, but while filling out the forms to sign up for it, it asks;

"In order for your server to access Spamhaus' rsync server, we need to allow
access for your server's IP. Normally this will be the IP address of the
Rsync server on your end that will be running rsync and Rbldnsd."

i'm not sure how i should go about installing rsync, or how to find out what
the IP address would actually be once installed.

Can anyone explain in simple terms what i need to do in order to get our
server to use the spamhaus service and to then get our mail server to act on
the data that spamhaus sends?

Any help, pointers, advice given would be much appreciated, thank you.

We use Windows 2000 with MailGate as the email server
