On a brand new DELL PowerEdge server, dual Quad-Core 1.86 GHz with 8GB
of RAM, I am unable to use PAE.

WIthout the PAE switch everything looks good, very fast and stable,
limits to 4GB of RAM.

As soon as I add /PAE to boot.ini, problem would begin: there is not
blue screens or error messages of any kind, server just stuck forever
on "Windows 2003" startup screen. Little bar moves fast, but never able
to boot to windows.

No F8 options will work except Safe Mode - boots fine to limited UI
again only to see 4 GB.

Just want to see if anyone had similar problems before trying to
reinstall windows, possible hardware related or memory issues.

Any ideas are appreciated
