Hello Eric,
Use fdisk to create your partitions before, but you are limited to 2gb.
Old DOS program. Or create smaller parts just to get rid of the c: letter
and start with another drive letter.

I asked this question earlier, but I apparently asked it wrong, so let
me try it another way...
How can I install a Windows 2003 server such that it does NOT have a
drive letter C at all? I want Windows to run entirely from a different
drive letter such as H, where H is the system drive and the boot
drive, and drive letter C does not exist at all.
Thanks for your suggestion, but that will not work. I will be able to
install Windows on another partition, but the C drive will still exist, and
it will not be possible to map a drive letter to drive C. :-(
