Server 2003 SP1 - two versions?

The command "ver" returns 5.2.3790 for both installations of Server2003SP1
Enterprise. However, I see distinct differences - a couple of which are:
1. My Computer Properties shows a different image of the computer and the
Windows logo on it.
2. "Windows Security" pinned under Run... on one but not the other.
2. Folder Options, View includes "Managing pairs of Web pages and folders"
in one but not the other.
Are there different builds slipped into the retail channel and if so, how
do I determine the specific version of each installed build?
Would different installed security updates cause these differences?
