net time /querysntp
will give you the NTP server your XP client is using to sync. By default it is set to microsoft NTP server.
net time /setsntp
will clear up the NTP server. If the NTP server entry is empty, it defaults to your AD controller time server. I think that is what you want your clients to sync with.

Mike,.
I can physically see the clock on the XP client, 2003 server, and the clock (ntp server). The clock and server are in sync. There is only one domain controller (smaller domain) and several clients. Non of which have synced their time to the server. I have stopped and started the time service.
One bit I forgot to add to the original post... There is a command I typed at the command prompt of the client. It replied back with an indication that the client was getting it's time from microsoft.com. Cannot find the command I used to determine that.

Hi Todd,
How did you check XP client? Try restarting Windows Time Service. Once service is up and running, check System Event logs (Source is W32Time).
Do you have more then one DC?

I have syncronized my 2003 Server (DC) with a clock, but my XP SP2 clients in
this domain do not syncronize. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
