How to Set a Disk's Queue Depth?

Hello group,
Can someone tell me how to set a disk's queue depth in Windows 2003? Is
this the same as the NumberOfRequests on the Storport service, perhaps?
I have a Windows file server on aSAN that I am tuning up.
