start, run: appwiz.cpl
Missing applet:
Try: reboot, hold F8 when it is about to start, but before this. Choose:
Last good known configuration... If you have already restated the computer
since this problem first occured, then the "Last good known" will not help.
Ask your admins if they recently ran regsvr32.exe /u
some-system-library.dll?
Of if they messed up with the CLSID registry key... Too bad!
