I assume you've gone through your IS's security settings. If this
didn't help, I would get smart on the "Internet Explorer Enhanced
Security Configuration". This is a Windows Component. To
install/uninstall you use the Windows Components Wizard (Start-Control
Panel-Add/Remove Programs, then click on the Add/Remove Windows
components button) - the item is a top level component.
