Windows Server 2003 Web Edition and vbscript localisation

Hi,
I need some help about a little problem.

I have an asp page that works on Windows 2000 but not on Windows Server
2003 Web Edition.

The code that raises a Type Mismatch error is CBool("Vrai")

Vrai is the french word for True. The Windows Server 2003 doesn't exist
in french version and we can't modify all the applications that call
this web page or the web page that is also used on Windows 2000 French
edition.

I made a little app in VB6 to test CBool("True") and CBool("Vrai") on
the 2003 Server and both works.
The same code in a vbs crashes on CBool("Vrai").

My question is: Can I change the VBscript version by running this
WindowsXP-Windows2000-Script56-KB917344-x86-fra.exe on the server
without crashing if even if it has not been made for 2003 ?
