Remote Desktop

Hi
When I run Remote Desktop Connection to connect to Windows XP PC, the
connection logs off the user at the PC before establishing connection.
When I make similar connection to a Windows Server 2003, the connection does
not log off whoever currently logged on at the server before establishing
connection.
Is it possible to connect to XP using Remote Desktop Connection without
logging off current user ?? I know Remote Assistant can manage, but it
requires someone at the other end to accept connection (which I would prefer
through Remote Desktop).
Thanks
Steve
