Run the Windows 2003 Install CD and select the repair option.
I hope you have a good backup from before the virus got you other-wise you
may loose all your data.
Most people recommend Formatting the disk and starting again. Easier and
more reliable in the long run.

The only suggestion I have is to reinstall the OS. This is what people
normally recommend when a Server is hit by a virus. You could try the
repair
option. It might correct the problem.

We have a Windows 2000 server. It was infected by a virus. When I
