I set up a 2003 standard server SP1 test server (AD, DHCP, DNS) and
authenticateIAS.
I registered IAS in the default test domain.
How do I get users in my test environment to authenticate through IAS?

Hi Steve,
Your question is a huge projects. IAS is a server enable you to
authenticate centralized. It reads User account from AD.
For example, you configure a user can log in via VPN and the
carefully.is performed on the IAS. Please check following article about IAS

I am to just install it and monitor those in the IT department (in
someas

As you wish.

Please understand Radius is just used to provide centralized
authentication, authorization, and accounting for dial-up, virtual
network, and, more recently, wireless network access. However, when
<http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsServer/en/library/33abd949-fa36-44f6-adial-in, you still need RRAS.

I have been asked to set up RADIUS on our network for
AD,
I've
read up on it, but set up just isn't clear to me yet.
It will go on the primary DC running 2003 standard server SP1,
have aDNS,
DHCP, WINS. The operating system is on C: partition. I also
large
unused D: partition on that server.
When I add windows component IAS do I install it on C: or D:?
We do not have RRAS or RAS installed. Do I need it too?
